The Team

Heather is a second-generation homeschool mom and published author with a lifelong love for movement and sport, sparked early on by softball. Her fitness journey took a more serious turn when her husband introduced her to CrossFit, opening the door to a deeper passion for training and competition. Over the years, Heather has evolved into a competitor, driven by a desire to continually challenge herself and grow stronger in every season of life.

Heather began college studying paramedics but shifted her focus to earn a bachelor’s degree in accounting after becoming pregnant with her and Gage's first child. After experiencing three births, including two empowering home births, she has spent the past decade focused on nutrition to support her health and her family’s well-being, while also helping military spouses and friends pursue healthier, more intentional lifestyles.

Heather is passionate about blending mindfulness and flexibility into her coaching. With a holistic approach to wellness, she aims to support women in building strength from the inside out. Outside of her professional life, Heather enjoys singing, playing guitar, and exploring the outdoors with her family, including tactical fitness training and recreational shooting. Her mission is to empower women to nourish their roots—mind, body, and soul—to create lasting strength and confidence.

Gage is a military veteran and dedicated father, passionate fitness enthusiast and competitor. His journey into health and wellness began after high school but took a transformative turn in 2009 when he discovered CrossFit.

​Throughout his military career (2012-2021), Gage not only honed his physical strength but also became a certified Krav Maga instructor. His commitment to fitness led him to compete in the Fire Muster Challenge and reach regionals in the 2018 Alpha Warrior Challenge. In 2022, Gage challenged himself with a Spartan Race and began competing in CrossFit, further fueling his passion for fitness. That same year, he earned his CF-L1 certification to share his knowledge with others, continuing to push himself and others to new limits.

Currently, Gage is pursuing a degree in Sports and Health Science with a focus on Exercise Science, furthering his expertise to help others lead healthier lives. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, hiking in the great outdoors, and fishing. As a father, Gage is passionate about showing that maintaining a healthy lifestyle while juggling family life is not only possible but deeply rewarding.
