Order Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. However, due to the custom nature of some of our products, order cancellations may be subject to specific guidelines based on our fulfillment partner, Printful's policies.

Order Cancellation Timeframe

You may attempt to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order's status has been changed to "Being Fulfilled", it cannot be canceled, as production begins immediately. If your order has already been processed by Printful, we are unable to stop the production or shipment.

Change Shipping Address

If you entered the wrong address at checkout, it can still be changed while the order is in the process of being fulfilled. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address, and we will do our best to make the change before the order ships.

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@divinerootsfitness.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will make every effort to assist you before Printful processes the order.​​​​​​​
