Return/Refund Policy
Refunds
Refunds are available exclusively for customers who receive incorrect, damaged, or defective items. If this applies to your order, please contact us at support@divinerootsfitness.com with photos of wrong/defective items and we will promptly resolve the issue for you.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about shirt sizing, please refer to our sizing chart photos, which can be found at the end of the listing photos for each shirt. While rare, it is possible that an item you ordered may have been mislabeled. If this happens, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient or incorrect by the courier (e.g., missing apartment number, incorrect street name, etc.), the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. Once we confirm an updated address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order. Please double-check your address before submitting your order to avoid delays or additional fees.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is returned to the Printful facility because it was unclaimed or refused by the recipient (e.g., not picked up from the carrier or refused at delivery), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to yourself. We encourage customers to track their shipments and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
